It’s always fun to see the wonderful ways our creations help the health workers serving our community!
While visiting ACT Health’s Belconnen Pathology Unit one of our members ended up having a chat with one of the workers who asked what she was crocheting. When she said she was making Goodies for GOG to provide to the health system, she got very excited and said she loves our work! Not only do staff there use the little sensory toys to give to and distract young patients but she has also made a hat to entertain and distract the children while the staff take blood 
. She is now looking to create a new hat – her colleagues are getting tired of the games played with the current one – and would love new bright and fun items to add. She’s open to any wild and wacky items that could be attached to a hat It’s always fun to see the wonderful ways our creations help the health workers serving our community!
