GOG at the Canberra Show

What a fantastic weekend at the Canberra Show! It was wonderful to see so many new faces come by the stall and take such an interest in GOG and what we do

 

Kids and adults alike tried their hand at pompom-making, with some brilliant, colourful results!

Thank you again to all the volunteers who generously came out to help, especially Mary, who was there all weekend sharing her smiles, knowledge and energy Thank you also to all the lovely staff from Northside Community Service, not just for sharing your stall, but for diving right into the yarn-y fun and discovering first-hand just how meditative crafting can be.
