Our Taylor meetups throughout September have been a hive of creativity as always! This group, like all our GOG gatherings, is full of kindness, laughter, and a willingness to share skills, patterns, and encouragement. Small toys are definitely a favourite at the moment, and loom projects are proving to be a big hit with everyone giving new things a try – beanies and sensory muffs have also been favourites.
Some of our clever stitchers here are so experienced that they don’t even need a pattern! It’s lovely to see how inspiration flows around the room! Kim brought in some gorgeous dolls and the next week after borrowing one, Sharda brought in two she’d made at home!
This month we farewelled one of our lovely stitchers, but also welcomed some new faces which is always something to celebrate. We love our Taylor family and can’t wait to see you all after school holidays! Thanks as always to Margaret Hendry School, CS1 and Mingle for their support!
