It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with so many wonderful people and share what we do.
A huge thank you to our lovely volunteers who came along and helped make the day such a success – we truly couldn’t do it without you. We’re also so grateful to Jean Giese, CEO Volunteering ACT and her team for their continued support and for shining a light on the incredible work being done by organisations across our community.
It was also lovely to catch up with Catherine and Tess from Tender Funerals Canberra Region and to chat briefly with Andrew Leigh MP about the amazing work that all our volunteers do for the community – thank you so much for taking the time to stop by.
To everyone we met on the day – thank you for taking the time to chat with us. We’ve been especially excited to see some of you, who have already come along to a workshop or signed up to volunteer with us, since the event.
