We had a fantastic turnout for our combined working bee and community threads workshop on Saturday afternoon! It was great to catch up with so many of our GOG members and to welcome all those new to GOG. Everyone seemed to have a relaxing and fulfilling 3 hours with the sun, music and chocolates around as some of us were still working on small fiddle toys as part of the GOG Covid Vax Toy Challenge, while others were already gearing up for their Easter goodies!
We would like to say a huge thank you to several of our gorgeous members for all they have done to support GOG. Firstly, thanks to Kerry for hosting the “Goodie Doll Workshop”. Margaret was delighted to find a new way to express her creativity and have fun supporting GOG. Secondly, thanks to Robyn for helping Mary, our founder and executive officer, to learn Amigurumi and finally, thanks to Barbara for providing us with the delicious chocolates and new member badges.
