We’ve had a wonderful time recently sharing the GOG story with student nurses at both Canberra Hospital and North Canberra Hospital during our recent education sessions!
It was such a pleasure to educate these future health professionals about the support GOG offers to patients, families and staff — and all the ways our Goodies can be used beyond comfort – from blankets to Gogsters, sensory toys to colourful hospital gowns, it was great to see the students explore and familiarise themselves with everything we offer.
A big thank you to Colette and Sharon for coming along to help support these sessions — your presence and input made such a difference. 
The feedback was fantastic! Many of the students shared that they now understand how GOG items can be used as valuable clinical tools to support emotional wellbeing, not just as cute or cuddly extras. We’re so grateful for the opportunity to grow awareness and help more people through their care journeys. Thank you to the clinical educators for the invitation to be part of this process!
