We’ve recently farewelled two beautiful souls who have been part of GOG since 2023 who are moving overseas. They have stitched, laughed, shared stories, and poured so much love into everything they’ve made, including delicious lunches! Their contribution to our organisation, from the comfort items they’ve created to the warmth they’ve brought into the room, has meant more than words can say. They will always be part of our GOG family.
At the very same time, we’ve welcomed back two wonderful members in their place returning after more than a year away! There’s something so special about seeing familiar faces walk back through the door. It reminds us that GOG is not just about crafting… it’s about connection, belonging, and knowing there’s always a seat waiting for you.
We absolutely love this group and the incredible connections we make with people from all over the world. Through yarn, hooks and needles, we’ve built friendships that stretch far beyond our local community – and we now even have invitations to visit South Africa and Nepal too! 
The Taylor group contributes so much to our organisation, not just in the beautiful handmade items they produce, but in their generosity, cultural richness, kindness and willingness to share skills and stories. They truly embody what GOG is all about.
