Yesterday, a happy tribe of GOG members gathered at the Dickson Tradies to laugh, to chat, to share ideas, to craft, and of course, donate a lovely range of wonderful goodies for the hospital.
Importantly, Mary put out the challenge to start crafting towards a special Easter drop off for the hospital (so start working on those Easter themed goodies!!!). So far, we have only had bunnies in stock to turn into Goodie Dolls/Toys but bilbies, and other Easter themed goodies are more than welcome.
Special thanks to those people who donate yarn to keep the GOG tribe’s needles and hooks busy as seen in the pictures below and it was great fun going through the latest donations.
It was so lovely to see so many people turn up to our first working bee of the year. Here’s to another year of crafting goodies to bring comfort, warmth, joy and hope to the patients, families and staff of the hospital, and to another year of supporting each other in, and through, our crafting.
