This week marks National Volunteer Week, Australia’s largest annual celebration of volunteering! The theme this year is “Connecting Communities” and celebrates the way volunteering can bring people together.
At GOG we are incredibly grateful and constantly in awe of the amazing volunteers that make our organisation what it is. Whether it’s knitting, crocheting, sorting donations, teaching workshops, providing admin support, coordinating deliveries or any of the many other jobs our volunteers take on every day, we couldn’t continue to bring support, connection and warmth to Canberra without your passion and generosity.
