The newest members of our Walk in Centre mascot family have officially arrived, and with their delivery the circle is complete! Every Walk in Centre now has its very own larger-than-life mascot ready to welcome children, families and anyone who needs a little extra comfort.
Walter and Colin couldn’t have asked for a warmer welcome. The Centre Manager and nursing team were absolutely delighted to meet them, and it was such a joy for us to hand them over. 
We hear time and time again how much these mascots brighten the day for people visiting the centres. Whether they’re helping distract an anxious child, bringing a smile to a worried family member, or giving our incredible nurses a fun way to connect with patients during a vulnerable time, they really do make a difference.
And of course, Walter and Colin won’t be working alone! Each Walk in Centre is also stocked with our mini mascots, ready to helpmthose who need a little extra comfort and courage.
