Member Spotlight: Cecilia To celebrate Youth Volunteer Week, we’re shining a well-deserved light on one of our absolute powerhouses. Cecilia joined GOG back in 2022 as part of our ANU student workshops where she first learnt to crochet.
Since then, Cecilia has puts her heart into crafting for a cause, creating quirky and cute Gogsters that directly support our community, but she also keeps our digital gears turning. From maintaining our website to creating the very social media posts you scroll through, her talent and dedication keep us connected and running smoothly.
If you’ve been part of the GOG community for the last year or so, you might remember that Cecilia was nominated for Youth Volunteer of the Year last year—and it’s no secret why. She’s the definition of someone who gives her all behind the scenes and at the craft table.
Cecilia, thank you for your creativity, your technical skills, and your unwavering heart for giving back. We are so lucky to have you on our team!
