…we don’t just get a handful, we get a whole flock! One little shoutout, and suddenly our nest is overflowing with the cutest chicks you’ve ever seen. 
It’s honestly one of the most magical things about this community, the way an idea takes flight and turns into a wave of handmade kindness.
We’re so grateful to Debbie 
, who not only pulls together our newsletter each month with so much love and care, but also hatched the brilliant idea of introducing a Pattern of the Month. It’s the kind of spark that keeps our creativity buzzing and gives us all a fun new challenge to dive into.
Then there’s Naoko, our fearless pattern tester and writer. She takes on the mission of trialing, tweaking, and turning those ideas into patterns that the rest of us can easily follow. It’s no small job, and we’re endlessly thankful for the patience, skill, and good humour she brings to the role.
But of course, the story doesn’t end there. Once the pattern lands, our flock of makers swoop in with needles, hooks, yarn, and heart. 
Each Goodie is stitched with care, donated generously, and then sent out into the world to brighten someone’s day. Together, we’ve transformed one tiny idea into a barnyard full of handmade joy. 
Who knew GOG could ruffle so many feathers…. in the best way!
