It was wonderful to again hold a combined GOG Community Threads Project and Working Bee at The Marie Raey Teaching Centre (Room 2.02) at the ANU and to be a part of ANU Youth Week activities. It was lovely to have so much space to spread out in!It was fabulous to have some new GOG members join us for the first time, to see longer term members rejoin us in our new venue and to see so many regulars come together to chat, teach and learn, with special thanks to those members who mentored the students (and others) who were taking up hooks and needles for the first time or seeking to further develop their skills.
Of course, no GOG get-together would be complete without tables of donated goodies for the Canberra Hospital … the love and creativity of the goodies continues to inspire and impress!Thank you all for another lovely afternoon of crafting, learning, inspiration and chat!
