To say our Dickson meetup has grown over the past few months is an understatement! We have officially grown out of sight! The room is absolutely buzzing every single week with creative energy and laughter.
Here’s a quick look at what we’ve been up to:
Stunning Donations: We’ve had some absolutely breathtaking rugs donated recently. The time, love, and effort poured into every single stitch is so visible and so deeply appreciated by the nurses who give them out to patients in need of comfort. You are making a massive difference!
VIP Visit: We had a surprise visit from Minister Rachel Stephen-Smith MLA who popped in recently to say hi and see our makers in action. By all accounts, she was blown away by the talent and generosity in the room! 
Risk-Takers & Mentors: We are so incredibly proud of the risk-takers in our group. For some, the risk is tackling an ambitious new pattern. For others, just walking through the door as a new person is the biggest risk of all. We are so glad you took that leap, felt comfortable, and kept coming back! Of course, a massive shoutout goes to our wonderful mentors who patiently guide everyone through every tricky stitch and make sure everyone feels welcome.
